I can provide an invoice for services, and upon request, I may be able to supply the documentation required by your U.S. insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurer, and I cannot guarantee coverage.

I currently accept credit cards, which are processed by Square. Credit cards accepted:
