If you submit an inquiry or complete an initial consultation call, brief administrative and screening notes may be created to coordinate care.
Inquiry submissions, notes I create, and screening details may be retained securely for at least 7 years, from the last date of contact, in accordance with professional record-keeping standards, after which they are safely disposed of.
Confidentiality & Its Limits
I handle all inquiries with professional discretion. However, contacting me or sending a message through this website does not create a therapist-client relationship, and communications do not carry formal legal privilege. Confidentiality protections apply to disclosures you make about yourself for the purpose of seeking care. I may break or be required to break confidentiality in the following specific circumstances:
- Suspected or disclosed abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
